A whole lot of everything and a whole lot of nothing has been going on as of lately. In the middle of over working myself at the day job I’ve managed to keep on the music grind and iDigging. I’m sure most of you are aware that Kanye West’s new album 808s and Heartbreak is set to be released on the 24th of November. Most of this album was leaked on the internet with the exeception of a few tracks but we here at UWD were able to get a full listen in it’s entirety. I will say say that I’m not a fan of over using the auto tune feature in hip hop, however I do see this album as trying to take a step (lyrical content / production sound) in a different direction. I’m curious to see how the public will accept this album when it comes out. One song that I do think will do well is the song paranoid, so I just did a quick edit so I can use it when I play out.
